Linda Lee Moore was born October 1, 1950 in White River Junction, Vermont; and was raised in the New England area. At a young age she found an affinity for nursing which lead her to a Bachelor's of Science onto a Registered Nursing degree. The last 10 years of her nursing career, she thoroughly enjoyed teaching nursing students toward their license. Her nursing was very gratifying to her and she saw it as the work of the Lord. While attending bible college she met Everett Berryman (Bud) Moore. They both were involved with Charter Point Church in New Hampshire which they attended for many years. They both were heavily involved in the start of a Celebrate Recovery and Awana at the church, as well as mission trips and the food pantry there. Everett (Bud) and Linda married while in New Hampshire and enjoyed many years of marriage. They moved to Florida to live closer to Linda's brother Raymond and began their retirement from the workforce. They were immediately immersed into Bayside's East Campus Celebrate Recovery and other volunteer services at the church. They were both cherished as leaders among the church congregation. She was always available to offer an ear to everyone who needed a healing touch that nurse had a knack for giving. Linda was a wonderful light in this world that brightened the darkness around her. She will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Her brother Raymond Crofts lives in Bradenton and is her only surviving, living relative. She was predeceased by an older brother Alfred Crofts many years ago; her parents Floyd and Lila Crofts recently. Linda lost her battle against cancer on Friday August 11, 2017 after two weeks of care from Tidewell Hospice. The Celebration of Life Service for Linda Moore is set for Saturday August 19, 2017 at 10:00 am, at the Bayside Community Church East Bradenton Campus in The Hub.
